Sarcocystis spp; Un hallazgo incidental

Abstract

The present job describes the biologycal cicle of Sarcocystis spp. an intracellular parasite, in addition the incidental discovery of microcysts in apparently healthy beef meat and the consequences of eating raw or undercooked meat with cysts of this parasite.
