Abstract

Vemefrut is a product from the Mexicali Valley, developed by students from the School of Administrative, Social Sciences and Engineering (FCASI), which consists of a natural product, without artificial flavorings that can be consumed by people of all ages, mainly from 18 to 65 years old.

Our proposal consists of developing and launching to the market a powdered flavoring made from locally sourced dehydrated strawberries. This product will offer a natural and versatile option to satisfy the demand for authentic and healthy flavors in the food industry.
